4. We'll confirm your order together. The pre-programmed devices will be shipped to your address by post or DHL.
5. Our hearing care professional will optimally adjust your new hearing aid to your hearing using remote control.

Shipping and returns

Warranty / Insurance
We offer a standard two-year warranty on all hearing aids.
What is included in the warranty?
The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects in the hearing aid or charger, but not accessories such as channels, earmolds, or external earpieces. Warranty claims are not valid for damage caused by improper use or maintenance, chemical influences, or excessive use. Damage caused by third parties or unauthorized service centers may void the warranty. The warranty does not cover services performed by a hearing care professional.

Repairs
Within the warranty period:
If a warranty claim arises, we'll handle it free of charge. The procedure is as follows:
- We will send you a replacement device free of charge.
- We take care of the repair of the appliance.
- You will shortly receive the repaired device (or a new one, if necessary) and send us the replacement device back in the same packaging.
Even after the warranty period has expired, we remain at your disposal as acoustic technicians for repairs.
How much does a repair outside the warranty period cost?
After the two- or four-year warranty expires, repairs will be charged at cost price.
We do not apply any markup on repairs; you will only be charged for the actual costs incurred directly related to the repair.
Who can help me if I have a problem with my hearing aid?

Maintenance and cleaning
Yes! Cleaning your hearing aids is very simple. You'll receive a free cleaning kit. Instructions and maintenance tips for your hearing aid are also included. Cleaning is limited to a few simple steps that anyone can do. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Moisture is the number one enemy of any hearing aid. Especially if you play sports, sweat a lot, or are otherwise concerned about your hearing aids getting wet, we recommend using a drying box. Use a simple plastic drying box with drying capsules (included) or a professional UV drying box.
